Theses

Topics that I gladly and competently supervise are works in the fields of business, corporate and digitalization ethics, especially values management and corporate culture development, sustainability-oriented corporate management & impact/ethical entrepreneurship, (also concrete start-up projects) corporate responsibility as well as sustainability-related economic & development policy and further questions of sustainability. A special feature under my supervision is the option to professionally combine business, economics and theology as well as philosophy and all other issues relevant to sustainability. I am also available if you want to develop your own sustainable business concept as a final thesis. Please contact me with YOUR ideas! Please note: I only accept students who are passionate about their topic.  Accordingly, you suggest your desired topic to me yourself. Under my supervision, topics are ready for submission when a clean outline and a project plan for the preparation of the thesis are available.

Evaluation criteria for finding grades in my case include structure, content (theoretical foundation, scientific methods/tools, argumentation logic, practical relevance of results, topic-focused reflection), scientific work (topicality and relevance of literature, verifiability of sources, methodological precision) and form (spelling, style, design).

You get first-class qualitative evaluations with MaxQDA. As a survey tool Limesurvey is the first choice – however, you have to choose a tool that is suitable from your point of view on your own responsibility and also consider and observe all necessary data protection aspects. For statistical analyses without extensive training in comprehensive commercial software packages, I recommend SOFA – Statistics Open For All.

Your thesis has to be handed in at the HSST (Examination Office) in due time. Once in bound form as well as two digital versions on two separate data carriers. One digital version must be anonymized, without name and matriculation number. In addition, the submission in the form of an (unprotected) PDF document via e-mail to Harald[Punkt]Bolsinger[Klammeraffe]thws[Punkt]de is required immediately after submission.
